At a very early stage you are able to get a holistic understanding but also a granular training of our offering and operations while developing a strong network within the group.

What have you studied?

I have a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Jönköping University, with the focus areas International Management and Supply Chain Management.
I also did exchange studies in China.

What is your best experience from the trainee program?

It must be the very first few weeks getting to see and work in the warehouse in Värnamo and to get to know and get trained by the team and group management in Värnamo. The travels made to different Bufab locations in Sweden and China during the program are also great memories.

Please describe your career at Bufab after the trainee program

After starting the trainee program in 2009, I was fortunate to get the opportunity to move to China quite early in my Bufab career. At Bufab Shanghai, I worked mainly with business development, to support our local Chinese team to develop the business opportunities that we as an international key planner can pursue. We achieved a significant growth, and it was very exciting and challenging four years there.

When I got back to Sweden in 2014, I continued working with business development, taking on a Sales Manager role for Bufab Sweden, becoming a member of our local management team. In 2020, I entered my current position as Operations Manager for our Business Unit Nordic, also taking part in the regional management in the Nordics.

Why do you recommend the trainee program for newly graduated?

For highly motivated individuals who share and value the Bufab mentality, this is a perfect way in, creating plenty of opportunities to contribute and develop our company further!
